Won't Issue Refund! The machine in my building was removed. My balance meets the criteria for refund, but the app won't process a refund. The Contact Us form isn't submitting my help request either. Terrible! Reached out and have not gotten the help needed. UPDATE: After a back-and-forth with the "Support" team for over a month, this issue remains resolved. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! The app is glitchy, the business practice is shady, and the support team is useless.

Same "unexpected error" messages as other users. I had a dollar credit from a malfunctioning Primo Water machine and kept getting the error when trying to use the app on two separate machines. Uninstalled/reinstalled and lost my credit. Couldn't even report the issue. This app is broken. UPDATE 1/22/25 after several support cases I finally found a water vending machine that was connected and was able to use my credit, so adding a star to my review.

I realize sometimes technology doesn't work as it's meant to so I accept that. The plus side is you don't have to pay an extra 10ç when using the wallet. Certain machines will still charge and not dispense water so I'm guessing that is not the apps fault. I do get the money back eventually. If a machine isn't working call and let them know and go to another machine. So far that's been the best solution. I will keep the app. Thank you.
