Purchased Moondrop Echo-A. The app refuses to detect it. Cleared cache, restarted Android phone multiple times, uninstall and reinstall, nothing. Did a bit of research with my Google-Fu thinking I might just gotten a faulty unit. Discovered others have the same issue. Found out about Walk Play app and that works flawlessly with the Moondrop Echo-A. I am able to adjust EQ and save settings. The actual device is really good for the price but the official app just doesn't work.

The app is a little buggy, running on a Samsung Galaxy fold 7 and a Moondrop Dawn Pro 2 with punch martilo iems, but it does seem to work fine recognizing my dac and importing files to it. I feel the app has to be refined and maybe has to let people know that the EQ is really only for dac/amps, and probably only wireless "connectivity"(not eq for everything). I don't think it's necessarily for wired products such as headphones/iems.

everything was fine and after the recent update, the volume controls and the mic aren't working on my moondrop chu 2 dsp wired earphones. If we activate the basshead or no bass option available in your app and go back to Spotify or YouTube and play a song or watch video, the volume controls and the mic aren't working on your earphones. If I don't use any of those options, it's working properly. So, please fix it in the update quickly.
