i deposited money into my account only to find our that I don't have access to it anymore and it's my school fees it keeps showing can't send money whenever I want to make a transaction this app was great at first but I don't know what happened all of a sudden you guys should fix this app or you'll start losing customers big time

I can't recommend this app to anyone, the are not user friendly and there customer service is too poor. Business personnel or student should not try this banking app unless ur money will be gone and the customer service will tell to calm down after 72hrs of transaction, I bet you they are not working anything, my Last transaction is going to a month now and if I try to Chat the customer service the are not replying my complains any longer.

This is a Really Good banking app. But if you are looking for a bank to save your money, avoid this M&M. I made a savings of almost 4 months and all they Could give me was 4%, Meanwhile at Opay you get that 4% In just 3 weeks of savings. After I waited for the 4 months, I checked my M&M account and still I didn't see any money there. Their Customer service is really poor. I sent a. message for about 2 Days on Whatsapp, It show that it was Delivered and Read but I didn't get a reply.
