This bank is absolutely useless. After opening my account, I deposited ₦10,000 to test it. Since then, I’ve been unable to withdraw a single kobo or even buy airtime. I’ve reported this issue to customer care over and over, yet nothing has been done. This is pure frustration and a total waste of time. I’m deleting the app immediately — never again.

This is a Really Good banking app. But if you are looking for a bank to save your money, avoid this M&M. I made a savings of almost 4 months and all they Could give me was 4%, Meanwhile at Opay you get that 4% In just 3 weeks of savings. After I waited for the 4 months, I checked my M&M account and still I didn't see any money there. Their Customer service is really poor. I sent a. message for about 2 Days on Whatsapp, It show that it was Delivered and Read but I didn't get a reply.

i deposited money into my account only to find our that I don't have access to it anymore and it's my school fees it keeps showing can't send money whenever I want to make a transaction this app was great at first but I don't know what happened all of a sudden you guys should fix this app or you'll start losing customers big time
