i deposited money into my account only to find our that I don't have access to it anymore and it's my school fees it keeps showing can't send money whenever I want to make a transaction this app was great at first but I don't know what happened all of a sudden you guys should fix this app or you'll start losing customers big time

I was scared of using this app now my fear has finally come to reality. I sent money to someone for over 3 Days now. I got debited but the person I'm sending the money to has not been credited and I disputed the transaction. I was told 24-48 hours. Today is the 3rd day yet no response, no refund. I have gone to check where the money was sent we have checked their transaction history no sign of the money but I have been debited

I can't recommend this app to anyone, the are not user friendly and there customer service is too poor. Business personnel or student should not try this banking app unless ur money will be gone and the customer service will tell to calm down after 72hrs of transaction, I bet you they are not working anything, my Last transaction is going to a month now and if I try to Chat the customer service the are not replying my complains any longer.
