For most of the time, the delivery service is good and I use it frequently. But recently it's very disappointing. Mr D marks up the pricing and, in some cases, by 60 percent, plus they charge a delivery fee. When an order is messed up and you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing, they will not resolve the issue immediately and replace it. So, this means you don't get the food you ordered. And if you take it up with the restaurant, you lose out on the inflated monies you paid Mr D.

Great app. The only downside is that for some months now, it's become regular for no updates to occur on orders until the delivery arrives at the door. There's never a glitch for an order to be accepted or not, but the only update after that is when the driver is outside.

Constantly Missing items I appreciate your guys delivery system But you need to upgrade or improve something when it comes to counting the items you are delivering to the customer Only this year. I've had 4 incidents where my restaurant order came without the AdditionaL item added I e. Extra fries. Or grocery order arrives with more than 5 big items missing. Yes I did get refund. But you might find that some of the missing items were needed urgently. And aLso refund doesn't come instantly.
