Smells of desperation.... Decided to uninstall this app due to constant daily spam notifications and gave them a chance after finding that they do in fact have a setting to opt out of promo notifications! Sadly the joke was on me and that option just there for a popia clerk to see but has no real world effect. Only way to opt out of spam notifications in this app is to unistall it seems, which a will do now. (Edit after their reply: DID YOU EVEN READ THE ABOVE??)

Terrible Customer Service. Made and order, after an hour they simply just sent me notification saying "We couldn't pick up your order" even thought the store was still up. I then requested a payout on the app for the money I had spent, and I'm still waiting to receive it. The agents have no sympathy or understanding they simply just close the chat or end the call while you are still voicing your concerns. Unacceptable. Please repay my money it's nearly a week now that I'm waiting.

Drivers do not follow delivery instructions, the apps tracking system is hardly ever working. I have no idea when I will get it. My food gets delivered to the wrong place unless I'm at the phone to navigate. Also twice I recieved an order with nuts despite requesting no nuts due to a severe allergy. This is the second time this has happened.
