I've been with M+T for quite a few years, and have never had any but trouble with their apps and online banking. I often have trouble viewing my account details (it just shows a blank screen on the page?), it kicks me out by force closing and freezing constantly, and is an overall pain.
Mobile deposit is garbage. It snaps the pic before the camera has a chance to focus. A disappointment, as you should expect, dealing with this bank.
As with all other M and T customer services, this is a day late and a dollar short. Downloaded to make deposit bc they can't seem to issue bank card timely, only to find out app is "temporarily unavailable". Must be corporate policy to make things hard, like a Survivor,Banking Edition.
Horrible customer service, do not honor sign-up bonuses, "we'll make it right but charge you a fee to do so" Please keep your money safe from them.
I got a new tablet, the old one didn't work with the updated app. The app now works on the new tablet and I like the format.
Total junk. Attempted to use for banking, bad service all around
