App Sucks Now! Are you people really going to sit there and have more and more people give you 1 star because you can't fix the mobile app? It crashes constantly and keeps asking to confirm my email or phone number even though I select the "save this device box" so it can stop asking me that. I liked the old log in. At least it didn't keep logging me out randomly when I was looking at my account! Now I can't look at my account for more than 30 sec before getting kicked out!!!

I used to really like the app but ever since the security updates a while back I hate it. Please explain to me the point of having this app if I have to go to my email for a code every time I want to log in? It would be less work to go directly to my phone browser and log in from your website with my password. Your app sucks now and I think it's time to change my bank.

Getting real tired of having the app open Google Chrome (a 2nd app) to log in and then have to receive a TEXT (a 3rd app) just to complete the sign in process just to do what would normally take me less than a minute to do. I'm THIS CLOSE to switching banks just to avoid this unnecessary log in scuff. the "remember this device" box doesn't even WORK! inb4 an automated reply that tells me to go to a customer service page or tries to justify it saying it's a one-time code, when it clearly is not.
