Never boots up when you really need it. Takes FOREVER to boot up over half of the time. Struggles the most on public wifi connections. It's a good app but it has let me down countless times. Often when it was an emergency and had to move money. Not to mention that the Zelle service built into the app used to work and then suddenly it stopped allowing me to send money. I've talked to customer service on 3 different occasions and they claimed to have "fixed it" for me but it still does not work.

This is the worst banking app ever! If I could give it zero stars I would. It use to work great before all of the updates. It constantly crashes and does weird things. Since the last update on September 3rd 2022. The app is performing worse than before. For a couple of days now I haven't been able to log into my account. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and nothing has worked. This is extremely frustrating and something needs to be done about. If not I'll be banking somewhere else!!!

The app has always been clunky, but at least you could see what you needed. However, with a recent update the App is no longer functional without giving access to my phones contacts and location. Not at all sure why either of these would be necessary. Permission to those should be optional not required. I can say 100% for sure, I would never want the m and t app to access my phone's contacts. Might need to find a different bank if I can't use their app through a phone.
