Very poor experience. I am captain at kaiian. And they're suspended my account without any warning and telling me. And they are not replaying how to get back. And my earnings stuck in that account. Cheap app

This app is very friendly user but some problems first we didn't connect with customer service is very bad even no any contact number.Some times when we reached to picked customer they are some time more in numers 5 or 6 so we did not have any options to cancel the trip if we cancel App deducts our 5 reyal ???

Dear drivers Dont use this app, they are not pay back, They will say kaiian will pay you when your wallet will be 200 SAR, when you will near 200 your account will be suspended and they will block your whats number that is only way to contact kaiian. If you use another number to contact, they will again promise to pay and block the 2nd number. my three numbers are blocked and they not pay. Account is suspended and reason is non-saudi
