Ratings and reviews

I started off with fairly basic tasks and they got harder as I progressed. Not all tasks are always easy but payment is fair and (most importantly) swift. Also, its always easy to speak to someone when I need help. They could improve, however, on offering a wider choice of assignments for "new" people. Seems like one needs to perform a few basic assignments first before it gets really exciting. The app has some minor bugs, but most of them seem to get fixed over time. Great potential!

No jobs show up when I open it. It doesn't allow me to update my phone number either. I'd rather just reply to the field coordinator's emails instead of using the app. Also, customer service responds very slowly, acting on the issue days after the fact.
