I ordered a Kärcher device, but it arrived with a manufacturing defect. To this day, they have neither refunded me, nor taken the device back for repair or replacement, and they have also refused to cover the customs charges resulting from this issue. Customer service has been extremely poor. I only receive a reply every 4–7 days, usually from a different person, and they keep repeating the same response without providing any

Very bad experience. Showed welcome offer and downloaded the app. After order it got cancelled in less than 30 minutes without showing any reason. The item was still available in the app. Now I'm not qualified to avail the first purchase offer.

Horrible experience. One agent says the shipment is on its way and expect a call from the courier, and the other agent says the order has been canceled. They keep you till the last minute of the shipment and then cancel it due to unavailability/damaged item. So bad and inconvenient. I cannot trust this app anymore. The purchased item was a birthday gift and they canceled it on the same day of the delivery which happens to be the birthday itself! Thanks for ruining my plans. Never again!
