Ratings and reviews

It's good. Runs audio, video, etc. Only problem is whenever I try to run a video after first starting the app, the UI for the video is all screwed. It's easy to fix, just close and re-open the video, only it gives me an ad 9/10 times I close the video, so it's just a minor annoyance. Also, as far as I'm aware, you cannot listen to stuff if you turn off your phone, so that's kind of annoying. All in all though, it's a good app and worth downloading.

The developers are ruining this app. Been using this app for as far as i remember, more than 10 years. Used to be my favorite player but it has gotten worse and worse. First forced ads displayed. And now when i open a video on My Files explorer, it opens mxplayer, then when i go back, they force me to stay on mx player app instead of going back to my files. It'd take me 3 total back clicks to get back to my files everytime.

I love it. always have it's probably the best for using for video or just as a mp3/wav/flac/etc player. I've never noticed a difference between the audio and the master original file from my DAW that I imported to my phone to take around to listen to around town. 99.9 perfect except for 1 minor annoyance... and it's minor. When you click when listening to a song, there is no way to select all the Playlists that you want. it's just 1 then [repeat] then 1
