Very bad experience with C3 Pay app The app is very slow and often does not open quickly. Even when it opens it takes too much time to load. There are too many ads, which make the app frustrating to use. Also, there are many unnecessary deductions from the account. Recently, I tried to withdraw 3500 AED from an Emirates NBD ATM in JLT but the cash did not come out and 3502 AED was deducted from my account. This caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. I hope my money will be returned soon.

I am writing to report several issues I am experiencing with your banking application. The app is performing very poorly and is extremely slow during use. In addition, my biometric login is repeatedly getting removed automatically, which is inconvenient. I have also noticed that the app refreshes or restarts on its own, it logs me out without any action from my side. Overall, the app performance is unstable and unreliable, making it difficult to use for regular banking

Very bad app experience. Freezes a lot. The interface is also not very clean and smooth. Also, stop pushing plus subscription so much with annoying video ads. Wallet loading per transaction is 5.25 AED. Really? The banks don't even charge for wallet loading. You are just exploiting low wage employees because they have no option. Not recommended.
