- Minimum and maximum period for repayment: Minimum any - Maximum 6 months.
- Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR): No annual percentage, it has a fixed fee of 5%.
- Example:Your total fee on an average loan of AED 700 would be AED 35 + VAT. So the total to be paid back will be AED 736.75.

Very bad experience with C3 Pay app The app is very slow and often does not open quickly. Even when it opens it takes too much time to load. There are too many ads, which make the app frustrating to use. Also, there are many unnecessary deductions from the account. Recently, I tried to withdraw 3500 AED from an Emirates NBD ATM in JLT but the cash did not come out and 3502 AED was deducted from my account. This caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. I hope my money will be returned soon.

It is really frustrating to use the app. Every tim after the logging it went directly to add, not able to select the service. We are not kids, we know whether we need an additional service or not. Once we ignore those additional services for th first time, it means we don't want those services and the app shouldn't show the ad next time. I wasn't able to check the balance or transaction history, every 2 to 3 seconds the ad blocked the whole window. I called the call center guy to complain about

Very bad app experience. Freezes a lot. The interface is also not very clean and smooth. Also, stop pushing plus subscription so much with annoying video ads. Wallet loading per transaction is 5.25 AED. Really? The banks don't even charge for wallet loading. You are just exploiting low wage employees because they have no option. Not recommended.
