- Minimum and maximum period for repayment: Minimum any - Maximum 6 months.
- Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR): No annual percentage, it has a fixed fee of 5%.
- Example:Your total fee on an average loan of AED 700 would be AED 35 + VAT. So the total to be paid back will be AED 736.75.

• The loan service can only be used by UAE residents with a valid residence permit (Emirates ID). This service is unavailable for residents of (India, Philippines. Pakistan, Kenya, Nigeria, Thailand, Indonesia)

First and foremost... Getting a hold of u guys is not easy work... Also why is customer care not toll free when the average wait time is 10 mins.. Now Un to the problem I have.. I ordered a package which got canceled and I've confirmed the refund... It shows in the app I've received the refund but it doesn't reflect in my account balance... And that isn't the least fair... Can we solve this..?

whenever i tried to open the app it's showing an unexpected Error, the app open after 4 to 5 times attempt which is very frustrating. i also make my first international transaction on 30 august 2026 and the transaction was failed due to some technical error according to C3 pay app, the money deducted from my account immediately but no refunds yet.

hello, C3pay team I want to tell you about one issue that I have already subscribed to to c3pay+ which includes monthly ATM use without charging but recently it charged. I am very sad about this kind of service.,😞😡 it's august 26 but the problem above mentioned is not fixed and it again deducts the ATM fee Although the app has notification 1 free ATM available and agent is not available on WhatsApp 🤬
