I've been working out consistently for most of a year - first time in my life - thanks to this program. Having an actual human trainer to be accountable to plus wanting to maintain my streak have kept me in the game. I haven't had any real issues with the app, and I'm very picky. I could nitpick a couple tiny UI things, but the way the exercises are presented is 100x better than the physical therapy apps I've used - clear and easy to follow.

Too expensive for what you get. Glitches a lot, won't always let you progress to the next excersize. When make up a workout on a different day, I always select the day I want to make up, but it still counts it as an extra workout I did on an off day. Which means it doesn't count the workout I was trying to make up, I brought this up to my trainer, who brought it up to IT, but after weeks, still no avail. the way it shows you how to get into stances isn't the clearest. My trainer is awesome tho.

Edit: added a star since I can now track workout performance. Thanks! None of the tracking features contain data I care about. Like how long a set takes, if I've increased weight on a given exercise. That's usually what I'm already tracking each time I repeat a workout. Most guys care about growth but that's not really one of my interests. BMI, weight, and bodyfat% is also not one of my interests, since they're not fully accurate when you get to a high fitness level
