Ratings and reviews

The app immediately logs you out when switching away from it. This makes it difficult to enter codes sent to your device if you don't have a way to copy the code without leaving the app. My experience is related to updating my email. I couldn't update my address because it asked for a phone number but indicated zip code as the error. Finally, couldn't even enable 2 step verification. And overall the app is not organized well. There are many improvement opportunities...

I wanted to upgrade my subscription to premier with 3B monthly from a basic subscription. it won't allow you to upgrade subscription, only cancel, and that previous data would not be available, which doesn't seem fair since I have paid for that information already. I now have to wait until the date my subscription was up, to purchase a new subscription.

It's a great credit monitoring tool, but it's also expensive.. $30/mo. Which to someone that's rebuilding their credit on an average income is a little tough to swallow. I make enough that it's not a concern, but it's still enough to irk me some. ***EDIT: I just did a refi & my mortgage officer asked what app I use for my scores because I was the first person in 15 years to actually provide my accurate mortgage FICO scores, so I'm adding a 5th star.
