Not all patients are candidates for the use of this product and surgeons should evaluate
individually to determine which patients are appropriate for remote care. Patients must have
internet access and a text-capable mobile device or a compatible smartphone to use mymobility;
not all features are available on the web-based version."

Ratings and reviews

Works well in my experience after total knee replacement with one exception. I need the ability to edit an exercise that i have erroneously chosen the wrong number of reps once i click ok for that set. Right now if i accidentally choose the number of reps and click ok, the app locks that number in and it can't be changed. Update June 2026, the base station which this app relies on to collect information has shown to be wholly unreliable and problematic. Effectively making this implant useless.

It has helped me to understand and be in good shape for my surgery. But after surgery doing exercise and rate of doing them are crazy. I do them in 3 sets of 10 or 15 or whatever is suggested. I may go ahead and knock them out once I start but can't record them till a hour passes between 1st set and 2nd set. I have a pretty busy lifestyle and I wouldn't think to get them in over a 3 hour period. So I have to remember to open the app and record that I've done them. Overall I will rate a 4!

for me it's been a perfect way to receive information about all aspects of my hip replacement surgery. one really good thing about it, is the ability to re-read the information sent, had a human been telling me, I would have forgotten it, especially after surgery. I like the exercise programme, it definitely makes me feel I should do it.
