Out of about a dozen mental health care apps I've tried, this is hands down the best! Free to use. No paid versions. No ad pop ups. Just pure helpful info at your fingertips 24/7. This is the only app I can recommend to anyone looking for any level of mental health care, regardless of where you are in your personal journey. (There's even a fair bit of physical care/exercise info & routines included.)

I've been using it for a few weeks now and it's by far the best free mood tracker out there! I love that one can record as many moods per day as I want, I can add as many emotions/situations as I want, and record how my sleep was. I just don't like that i can't edit the moods to personalize it a bit more but still an amazing app. But if you haven't tried it you absolutely should!

It's a good app but I wish there was more to it. I wish the mood tracker had a larger range of emotions to choose from. I wish you could track anger. And as my sister pointed out, hygiene should be able to be tracked. Such as reminders for taking a shower or brushing your teeth, since poor hygiene is pretty common with depression. But the app is a good start. I hope it continues to improve.
