Ratings and reviews

App is riddled with bugs, and most entrees do not have the options for all available sides. I attempted to order a side a la carte, which is significantly more expensive, and received an error that I had to "make a selection" when the only option was to increase or decrease order quantity. The lunch special entrees asked for a drink selection, despite not having drink options in the modification menu. The app is completely unstable as-is.

First time using the app, they advertise a free quarter chicken deal with purchase. Upon applying the deal, my cart total increased by exactly the cost of the free quarter chicken. Using the deal is more expensive than not because taxes are applied on the artificially inflated price. I doubt this is legal.

We've eaten at two Nando's locations 7 to 10 times in the last eight months and brought family and friends many times. We recently downloaded the Nando's app. Tonight we forgot to use the Nando's app to place our order to get points for our purchase, so we tried to input our ORDER NUMBER from our e-mailed receipt, but the Nando's app would NOT award us points on the purchase made tonight. Our server asked his manager, who had no way to print us a receipt with a barcode number. FIX THIS!
