Does most, needs some security options Overall it does what it's supposed to and is straight forward about it. SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS: I love Navy Federal and would recommend to my friends however I would VERY MUCH like to see an option where I receive a text or email notifying me of any online purchases or transfers. PLEASE ADD!! I was able to stop unauthorized purchases with that feature while with another bank. ISSUES: won't update to newest version, tried reinstalling, still says there is a newer version available.
This is a great app. The features are perfect. You can apply for the credit union services (loans, etc) using the app. On a side note, I think NFCU is a great financial institution anyway. I can get access to my payroll deposits a day ahead of time. As for the app itself, the only recommendation I have is... It should automatically sign you out once you exit the application. If you don't sign out it will give you Push Notifications to instruct you to do so. And speaking of Push Notifications, I would love a feature that would notify you when ever your account has had an transaction. That's always helpful. Work on these features and it gets a definite 5 🌟 rating!
LOVE THEM so it's not surprising they have the best banking app. On our last vacation I only took the Rewards Card with. It was super easy to keep track of spending and purchases. The first time we've come back under budget!
Log in ISSUES I used to LOVE this app. Nearest bank is 30 mins away. Lately I have to Uninstall the app and reinstall it like every other day. Making life very inconvenient....please fix or I will be forced to not only change banks but tell other to NOT go to NFCU because their app sucks
I honestly don't know what people are complaining about; this app is phenomenal! Everything I need is right at my fingertips. The app works great, I can deposit my checks straight through it, I can transfer money between accounts, pay my credit card bill, I'm able to sign in with a fingerprint (!), and I RARELY have any issues. Keep up the good work NFCU. I'm proud to call you my bank.
Trying to deposit a check but your app won't take the picture and when it does It freezes on the picture and won't transfer to the app. Please fix this. Your banks are too far for me to go to. Your update freezes the camera when. Taking a pic of check. I have bill to pay. This is day three with the same problem.
Signing in using your fingerprint or passcode is easy. What's easier? Not signing in at all
