Mobile deposits no longer deposit within 24 hours, but rather upwards of 72 hours. And now, with the current update, the application crashes every single time I try to mobile deposit anything. A week later, there was no resolution to this issue. As of 01SEP2025, the application now allows mobile deposits on android again. updated review to 3 stars.

"We're having trouble displaying your information. Try again later. " This is happening entirely too often. There's always some issue with this app. Not to mention the misleading way your account information is displayed. Account balance never adds up. Seriously, I feel like this credit union is taking money.

Like many others have stated, I don't like the new updates at all. Every day for the past 3 days, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app bc I cannot log in. It just says "Authentication Failed" and I cannot log in. I've been a customer for years, and I've never had these types of problems with the app. The older version was much more user-friendly, and it actually worked.
