Worst payment app ever. My verification keeps failing and their support is useless. I called the helpline 6–7 times, every time they take my data and promise a call within 24 hours, but no one ever calls. False promises, no follow-up, no solution. Very unprofessional service and complete waste of time. Do not install this app.

Overall a great makeover of the latest app. Appreciated!!! But one thing I am missing is the option to share the receipt. With the new update, there is no option to save or share the receipt of a transaction. Please include this as well, It comes in handy rather than taking a screenshot. Regards,

Overall, it’s been a great experience shopping in both local and online markets. The real issue is when loading money into the wallet. Sometimes the verification SMS arrives immediately, and sometimes it never arrives at all. There should be an email verification option included along with SMS, so users can receive the verification code at least one way. The lack of SMS verification codes is the biggest problem I’m facing right now 😭
