Ratings and reviews

Updated to version 1.1.1, and is working horribly. The day counter will not flip; it stays on the same day, every day. The only way to get the number to change is if I uninstall, then reinstall every day. I should not have to do that just for it to work properly. Any Contact Us link freezes. It's like you really don't want to be contacted about any issues that customers are having. Even the Live Chat is pre-programmed with options; none of which include help with the app. Extremely disappointed!

Black screen of death. The old app worked well, when I upgraded I got about 3 seconds of their logo and then a black screen. I've called support twice. They told me it's an issue with android devices and they were not aware of which ones. My phone was not on their current list of devices that do not work. This "upgrade" was clearly a downgrade.

This new app is terrible. You took away the message capability, so now the only way to connect with your people onboard is to purchase wifi. The freestyle daily would be more helpful if you could actually click on a subject and be taken there. There is no search function in the excursion section, you can only sort. It would be helpful to get the main show schedule in advance since there is no way to make reservations. I will have to continue since I'm out of space.
