About this app

NCPMobile is the exclusive grocery shopping app of National Consumer Panel that lets you earn gift cards and other shopping rewards for telling us about the items you purchase.

As our newest panel member, you'll scan the UPC barcodes of the items you buy (or tell us a little bit about non-barcoded items), and in turn you'll earn reward points to redeem for gift cards and other rewards.

You can also take surveys, play games and more -- all while telling us about what you buy and earning rewards, directly through our grocery shopping app! But don't limit yourself to groceries: tell us about all your purchases, from gas to prescriptions, and earn your shopping rewards!

UPDATED:This app scans quickly and works well. There's still an issue with putting in barcodes manually; it always states the barcode is invalid. One thing to update would be the options you choose when there is no barcode. Why not add "OTHER" as an option? Also, when I changed phones and loaded the app, I can't use the debit or credit options. Wording covers my choices and I can't adjust the screen. I've reloaded it a few times. I've enjoyed being a part of NCP for many years.

I tried this on my last phone and I had so many problems that I went back to scanner. I got new phone last year, so I'll try it again. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. I try to picture upc and it will go fine. I try the next item and won't scan so I put upc in and won't take item # either. Good luck trying to scan Amazon numbers. Half of them won't scan and when you try to manually enter the #, all Amazon upc's have letters in them and keyboard is all #. All problems, no fixes 1

Frequently difficult to access keypad to enter pricing. Have to select 'sale' to trigger keypad to work. Then go back and I check 'sale. ' Also several stores in have to enter prices in manually. Tedious. Adding to this in late October. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app and it CONTINUES to require me to select 'sale' to get the numeric keypad to work. On top of that 2 of the 3 stores I shop at require manual entry of all prices. Please give me back my scanner! This app sucks.
