About this app

NCPMobile is the exclusive grocery shopping app of National Consumer Panel that lets you earn gift cards and other shopping rewards for telling us about the items you purchase.

As our newest panel member, you'll scan the UPC barcodes of the items you buy (or tell us a little bit about non-barcoded items), and in turn you'll earn reward points to redeem for gift cards and other rewards.

You can also take surveys, play games and more -- all while telling us about what you buy and earning rewards, directly through our grocery shopping app! But don't limit yourself to groceries: tell us about all your purchases, from gas to prescriptions, and earn your shopping rewards!

Nice app. It's annoying having to enter each price. If you can remember to scan as you're shopping that would be better. The treasure chest game is rigged. After 15 tries green keeps getting low numbers. On the 16th try I choose a different color and that's when green hits 1000pts. Customer service is great though. Someone called me just to see if i understood the program and needed any help in the beginning when i first signed up.

I have parted ways with NCP after four years. The app deleted me like I do not exist. I scanned each product for my Christmas shopping on December 20th and after I was done scanning, the app claimed I must log in again. What? I have never had that issue but I will do it. Now my log in is no good. When I select Forgot Password it gives me an error. I sent an email, no response. Too much work!

Changes created more white space so now you have to scroll to get to all entry fields on the report purchase details. This is really annoying. because it takes longer. Also made the print smaller and I have a Note24 phone which has a large screen. This is a data collection app. it doesn't need to look "pretty" it needs to be quick to use. I've been a member for over 20 years and I think the old screens were better.
