Ratings and reviews

Trash. Runners don't respond to begin with. Only other option in the app is to contact support, which doesn't respond either until after the fact. Zero delivery fees? The item prices are ridiculously hiked up. 😂 I have screenshots of other food service apps for same restaurant and item and actual menu prices showing that. But they won't tell you that.

As a runner, Favor was trusted. However, since wanting to become a customer, access has been denied. I'm sent enthusiastic messages to help. I work with them but I'm still not able to get access. Then I'm sent Emails requesting an evaluation of their service which I've never received. Heb employee said there is no affiliation with Favor. It's best I don't try any longer because I know it's a good company but technical support may need assistance.

FRAUD ISSUES, AVOID! I had a terrible experience today (1/24/25). My runner raised the cost of items by as much as 2.5 times the actual price. He lied about how many bags he dropped off and only owned up to it when I sent a screenshot from my security cam. I wasted hours chatting with customer service but they were unhelpful/dismissive. The credit they added didn't even cover the inflated prices or missing items. TLDR: I was fraudulently overcharged and Favor didn't help. DO NOT USE THIS APP!
