applied for basic accounts (personal, HISA) that shouldn't require a credit check. Was denied with no explanation. Only thing I can think of is an issue with my ID docs, but neither the app nor the website gives you the option to re-upload ID docs. There's also no way to delete your account (even though I am not using this service!) and no way to talk to a human if you're having issues. The worst customer service of any bank or financial institution I have ever experienced.

I'm only giving one star because my card is frozen cause they are asking me to update my address and I haven't even moved I've been trying for 3 days and I've been in contact with support and all I get is update your app it's updated so please unfreeze my card Update!!! Thank you for listening my card is no longer frozen and the app is no longer asking for my information updates

Update: They call me and help to solve problem. Their problem solving approach was professional. Thanks, Kale. Poor System and Support Neo Financial's system is still immature. I registered again with the same info but a new phone number, forgetting I had signed up before. I couldn’t log in because the OTP went to my old number-even though the screen showed my new one. Support told me they need access to the old number to update it or even delete the account.Very frustrating and poorly designed.
