About this app

Neomed Delivery is the mobile app for delivery personnel using the Neomed enterprise platform. It helps pharmacy and healthcare distribution teams accept delivery tasks, navigate
routes, complete invoices on site, and stay connected with dispatch in real time.
IMPORTANT: This app is for authorized business users only. Your organization must create your account. You cannot sign up in the app.
KEY FEATURES
• Delivery tasks — View open deliveries and your assigned work in one place
• Accept & complete — Accept new tasks from push alerts and update status as you progress
• Proof of delivery — Capture signed invoice photos and payment details (cash or cheque)
• Live location — Share your position with dispatch while you are on duty for accurate tracking
• Push notifications — Get alerted when new deliveries are available (optional; you can deny and still sign in)
• Delivery history — Review completed deliveries with filters and search
• Secure sign-in — Sign in with the email and password provided by your administrator
WHO IT'S FOR
Neomed Delivery is built for delivery drivers and field staff working with organizations that use Neomed for invoice and delivery management. Administrators and managers use the Neomed
web dashboard to create accounts, assign work, and monitor operations.
PERMISSIONS
The app may request access to:
• Location — while on duty, so dispatch can track active deliveries
• Camera — to photograph signed proofs and cheque documents
• Notifications — to alert you about new tasks (optional)
PRIVACY & DATA
Neomed collects account and operational data needed to run deliveries, including location while on duty, delivery photos, and task status. Data is used for app functionality and is
shared with your organization’s authorized users (such as managers). See our Privacy Policy for details.
