Workers on the App do not honor the Contract We used it to get help for moving. It is indeed efficient. But 1.no one allow the prices the system recommend, and an additional fee(close to 25% of the price) is added during payment. 2.We booked a worker for 3hr30m to help us move for a route less than 30m, he has nearly top score. He served for 1 hr,refused to travel twice and informed us "this is how this app works". I don't get how users of an app can show such disrespect the regulations.
