It's a scam. They create fake profiles book appointment then there is no show and when you try to get your money back they keep 5 euros and refunds the balance.

My money has been stolen by a disreputable provider. yoojo has deleted my negative review of them, thus protecting a thief and scammer! A thief and scammer now has 5 stars on their app! To more easily scam again! Yoojo is more aptly named YouJoke!

Workers on the App do not honor the Contract We used it to get help for moving. It is indeed efficient. But 1.no one allow the prices the system recommend, and an additional fee(close to 25% of the price) is added during payment. 2.We booked a worker for 3hr30m to help us move for a route less than 30m, he has nearly top score. He served for 1 hr,refused to travel twice and informed us "this is how this app works". I don't get how users of an app can show such disrespect the regulations.
