I've been using these cards for the past seven years when I stumbled upon them one day on a quick trip to a 7-11 store! Out of curiosity, I purchased one $2.95 card. I was broke that day, so I only put $10.00 on card. Once I'd begun working again, I began using the Transact Prepaid Card to pay my bills! Oh they offer direct deposit too! Having the app is even better too! It saves the hassle of calling customer service about an issue. I definitely recommend this to anyone on the go!!

Customer service is terrible. I used this service for 3 years and have paid a lot in fees until I realized I could spend $5/month and not get hit with $1 or $2 fees every time I pull the card out. I'd find an alternative if I were you.

When filing a dispute the app does not give you the option to select or even show Ingo money service fees as transactions. Nov 28, 2022 I deposited a large check & was charged $5. Then without any notice of increase on Dec 15, 2022 I loaded another check $25 less & I was charged $8.75. In trying to resolve this not only was I not given the option to dispute your Ingo money service fee but the app started kicking me out to the login screen.
