Ratings and reviews

The app worked for about a month. Now, it has kicked us off and we keep trying to set it up choosing the dvr choice. We try scanning the QR code. Nothing works!!!! Part of the convenience is being able to check them when away from home. When they do work, they are clear. That is the only reason I gave 2 stars.

I was hopeful they would fix the app, I've struggled with NightOwl for 5 years now, I'm switching to Eufy, better quality image and app doesn't crash year round like this one. Someone had broken into my car and of course cameras didn't record it or was I notified on the app. Worst experience ever! If there was only a zero star option

I am unable to view my cameras. The app says connecting but won't bring up my cameras. I uninstalled and reinstalled thinking this would fix my problem. So now I'm trying to add my device again, but I keep getting and error msg add device failed. Because my system is more than two years old, I can no longer receive support from night owl support per Carlos. I have cameras that I can't access. I was referred to the manual. If your system is more than 2yrs,you can forget getting tech support.
