Doesn't seem to recognise its own tags (I.e., when written from the app). There's so many different NFC apps and they all complain about different things with the same cards/tags. It's hard to actually do it 'right' because none of you seem to be consistent. I imagine it's the hardware, but wow I figured NFC was much more mature than it actually is. Would rate a little higher since it can read, but as an Android Dev, I'm also offended by the UI 😪
I password protected my NFC tag using this app. But I am unable to remove password. The app says this tag is not supported for removing password. I didn't made this read only. I only added password to my tag. But previously for the same tag I have assigned and removed password using another app 'NFC Tools'. Now unfortunately due to the identification put by this app in the NFC tags protected using this app, I am unable to remove password for the tags from NFC tools app as well.
I hope NXP reads this... the last update has an incredibly annoying bug: on the "link" database you cannot write a URL with c= t= m= PLEASE fix this. This is embarassing for an established company like you. I'll be using NFC tools until this is fixed.
Just awesomely works
