I can't see anything in the activities even though I get notifications during the day. Lately if I get a notification it's hit or miss if I can even open it and see what happened. When trying to view the live cam it won't load and I have to close and reopen the app. I've already reinstalled the app but overall it's meh. Going to look for something else I think. I love how everything is local storage but if I can't access it, then what's the point.

This app used to be awesome, but they had an update that completely ruined it. It doesn't give you access to post videos anymore, crashes constantly, videos won't play, gets stuck on this decrypting message. I already contacted Eufy support months ago and they said they are aware and are working on a fix, but there's been nothing to correct this. I don't know why you can't just roll back the app so it can at least work again. This really sucks. My camera and app were great. Now useless.

Google Search 'Eufy Privacy Concerns'. It's funny they added that "decrypting files" animation right after they got caught doing the exact opposite. I don't believe it for a second. The app is just a buggy mess now. Videos that were already recorded will disappear from the app in 2 weeks even though you turned off the camera and aren't recording anymore. New videos disappear after a day. The videos that are disappearing are still there because the storage space hasn't changed with the camera off
