I use the anchor app for probably a year and a half and then I decided to download the pro and for the first time I actually read the terms of service. The terms of service are so powerful in their favor that I had to delete the app. I don't want any company especially a Chinese ownef company to have that much control over my device or my data. I did find a workaround, I connect to the Anker battery, with the app using bluetooth only, on an old phone with no cell service and wifi turned off.

This app is very easy to navigate. I use it to manage my Solix C1000 gen 2. I leave the unit plugged in as a power supply for my garage fridge. It makes it easy to cycle regularly for battery health. I especially like the Stormguard feature which boosts the charge to 100% when the internet lets it know about a weather event that could lead to an outage.

Bare bones app. You have to use the app to control your power station. The app lacks many of the basic functions you would expect from a solar power station management app. (Basic charging and discharge loging for a start.) Also you have to use a smart phone to change basic settings on your power station. The options you can change are very limited as well. I should have looked into this before buying a F3000. I will not be purchasing any solix or anker product in the future.
