I like the idea of the app, but it's not functional. It's very disorganized and difficult to navigate, but my biggest complaint is that weigh-in reminders rarely work. I'm in the app daily, so deep sleep isn't the issue. Plus, I have every setting on my phone set to keep this app awake. Still, I get a couple reminders, then they stop. I have to uninstall and reinstall every few days to keep them. Help takes you to a chat, but never connects. I'm shopping for a different brand smart scale.

use this app for the eufy permanent lights. super easy to use and set everything up, just needs more light patterns and more customization for the lights, its pretty basic for the price of the lights was hoping for more options. update: still no new update on the app for the eufy lights for more user friendly and customization for the lights. AI generator doesnt work 90% of the time either doesn't load anything or doesnt generate what i asked. still 1 star rating

Just bought EUFY 22 and trying to create my own personal scene. When I try to select multiple lights at once the app crashes, then if I select one light at a time it takes forever to update and let me pick another light. I have a string of 150 lights and takes a long time to make 75 of them one color and then work on the other 75. Took me almost 30 minutes just to add two colors. When I bought this from Tik Tok Eufy direct sales. During the demo, the guy was able to customize lights immediately.
