Ratings and reviews

The app is not loading. I tried uninstalling and re installing and it still doesn't work. The app opens on my screen but it just constantly keeps trying to load but never loads the app. When the app does work it would take a long time to update transactions sometimes it doesn't show them at all. It only shows the cash donation and no other transactions.

For anyone not able to login with Google, I was able to fixed mine by creating a new account. It linked my information so I still have access to my card balance and what not. Hope this helps. To the developers, I shouldn't have had to create a new account when I had an account that used my Google login. I don't remember setting up a password when I created the first account. That could be the root cause, but seem like it wouldn't be an issue if the app didn't continue to drop data upon updates.

The app is easy to use and convenient. But the rewards system is being messed with. Rewards are being removed from the program. I have over 8000 points but have nothing worth putting those hard earned points towards. The life time express pass was taken out of the program for no reason. If your going to have a rewards program put up something thats worth working for besides just an annual pass witch is only worth 300 points. Please put back the lifetime express pass as a reward for us donaters.
