BAHL is not suitable at all if you heavily rely on online transactions through their mobile app. I've been using this app for some time now and hands down it's the slowest banking app I've ever come across. Everything loads slowly. User experience while transferring money and paying bills is also the worst. I was unable to pay a bill directly without having to add a payee to my account first, and it took me a while to figure it out because the app did not show any helpful messages.

What a shame. It is with great regret that Bank Al Habib has not been able to make its mobile apps usable till date. This is not one problem, but another. It is a huge challenge for people to use them. Repeated biometric requirements, repeated cooling-off periods, I don't know what formalities are being brought in. There are other banks too. They have a standard method and they log in quickly there, and Bank Al Habib has to show its timings.

I'm utterly frustrated with this online banking app - it's literally the worst experience I've had in my life. The app constantly locks me out, and even when I'm entering the correct password and username, it insists that they're wrong. When I try to recover my credentials using the "forget password" or "forget username" options, it tells me that my account is locked and I need to visit the nearest branch. It's absolutely pathetic.
