Auto rates are higher than normal rates and previous offer was good like 29 rupee for 4km but now they are increasing the rates and losing the feedbacks. So please work on it if you can and what taxes you adding in auto services that's really disappointing. Why don't you complain option in your app like uber. I feel uber services are genuine and cheaper than you and if they start auto services than your services will stopped soon. There is no point of taking subscription bcs no changes felt and auto charges keep changing. Sorry I'm gonna move to uber permanently bcs now they have autos too so nobody wants this pathetic service. It's gonna be shut off soon if they continue like this.
Ola was very useful for me till today since 2016. But when I changed my Email for verification purpose, and when I opened Ola app, it's again and again taking me to Mobile enter page, then OTP page and after OTP getting entered automatically from mobile, it's going back to welcome page again. Please fix this issue asap on priority. Or let me know what I need to do to get this fixed.
The app doesn't get properly updated at runtime, is not efficient and good in performance. The driver doesn't get my real time location and neither do I, of d driver. Many times I move so that it would be easier and faster for d driver to pick me up but d driver comes at my booking location only. Driver always ask where I would go. Why he doesn't get my destination automatically?
I waited for 20 minutes and driver didn't come to pick me up, driver stopped answering my phone call. The Ola support icon let me report the issue and eventually apologized with an automated response and auto cancelled the trip. That's not enough, I need compensation for my time and trust just like Ola charges 25/- RS for cancellations from user end.
I was charged more than 3 times the so called 'fixed fare' shown while booking. I did not change the destination or the route. When I wrote to Ola customer care, there was no response and my money has still not been refunded. Sorry, but this is unethical from the company and I will think twice before using their services again.
Do the drivers even know the drop location when they accept a drive? I booked an Ola share ride where the driver did not know how to get to the particular drop location. The driver was keen on dropping me to some other place which was in complete opposite direction of my drop location. He later cancelled the ride, dropped me halfway but charged for the entire trip! Pathetic. You guys should really up your services.
