Very bad App experience. The rating of the driver gets automatically 5 stars. No option to change it. Even after finding the ride below par, nothing can be done. No option in the rude help, especially to inform that the auto number shown is different from the auto arrived. No option to give our feedback about the ride. Charges are more than the other similar Apps. Drivers are not polite, unclean vehicles.

Now a days the app is very bugy. Payment by upi just does not work. Everytime it fails but when I use same upi app to pay the driver it works. But in ola app it says "upi app not found'. And now I can not login to my account. A message is showing " This may be a step to protect your account from suspicious activity". Who asked you to do that. And if you have done it then put a button to unlock it. In some cases it could be urgent for some one.

Recently for a ride driver asked to pay parking fee which was already included in the fare but still he insisted in paying. Now I paid 2 times the parking fee and am not able to get the return of the same. Extra money was charged at the end of the trip only that part was refunded as part of voucher. What about the parking fee ? Can't initiate or complain that as the auto response in not allowing the same. This is looting money from customer service. No help. Ola is a looter
