There are so many things wrong with this app! The UI is not user friendly. The option for a price range (tbd between the customer & driver) is just a way to con people, you always have to pay the upper limit on that range; the driver says whatever you pay, some 6-7 bucks are going to go to Ola, so you absolutely have to pay the higher price. No proper set up for any feedback, raising an issue; Can't add or edit any drop location (if you can, it is well concealed). No easy to share location!

Extremely poor, almost non-existent customer service. There's practically no help feature after ordering food on Ola app, and the Ola map for tracking food is very faulty. Delivery boys are going to the next Street, the map is obviously off by several blocks, and doesn't show the usual landmarks. Map's accuracy needs to be improved. Help button under food orders doesn't have any relevant options.

One of my trip payment went through the postpaid money. I couldn't clear the dues because of the app issue and it getting stuck on payment screen. Then I have been charged a late fees and I reached out. The link shared says valid for 24 hours and it expired before 24 hours?! I don't understand it!!! Feedback link does not work!! Late fee has been charged yet support says no late fees charged even when I have an invoice stating late fees!!!!! The user experience of this app has just gotten worse!
