waste App, App has a serious issue with accepting orders. When an order is assigned, it only appears for 1-2 seconds, and by the time I try to accept it, the app loads and the order disappears on its own without being accepted. Additionally, there are times when I'm unable to accept orders at all, which is frustrating and affects my earnings. Please look into this and fix these bugs as soon as possible to improve the experience for drivers.

Waste and worst app, not able to accept the orders. When the order came before it complete the green line it was vanishing off. And also sometimes they are giving just 6 rupees per km. Really worst and waste for hard working people. it's customer service is horrible, not able to talk to them. The call was not connecting. Waste management waste maintenance. Uber is the best one currently next rapido.

In parcel delivery, after reaching the drop location, OTP is not sent to customer's mobile and until the OTP is not submitted, the amount is not being told. The app is still showing the same customer. There is no option to talk to customer care. I am worried since last three days, the app has not closed yet. I have delivered to the customer without OTP. I did not get the money. The customer said that he has made the online payment but the app is still open, it is not completed, so I am not able
