My pup and I both love Ollie so much, but I am unable to sign into the app. it gets stuck on the loading screen. have deleted app and redownloaded multiple times on both android and iOS and still have the issue. The issue has been happening for about 3 or 4 days now, I think there may be an issue with the connection to the server (specifically the shopify SSO login)

This Android app does not work when selecting the pet you are ordering for, even when closing or logging out. You have to go to the website to do most anything.

my dog is one of the sickest dog ever. She will wait to the end of the day to eat it. If she don't like it. and so far with trying your food . she only like the chicken flavor. and u sent of now 2 boxes and unable to change anything or stoping the order.
