Food is delicious but they recently changed the app for the worse. I can no longer order what I always order through the app, or over the phone. All I want is extra noodles in my Mac n cheese, and this used to be possible until they changed the app. It defeats the purpose of me visiting this place. I like placing pickup orders, so I can pick it up after grocery shopping so my frozen/cold food doesn't get hot. I'll probably stop going now.

I enjoy ordering with the apps if I could. This one, on the other hand, states a payment option has not been selected but does not offer any way to select one. I tried several times logging in and out with each time putting in a verification code. I can not find, any where, in which I could make my debit card as primary method of payment. Only reason you got a 2 star is because everything else works just fine except payment option

Both the app AND the website are ridiculously annoying! For the last 2.5 months... we go to place an online order, but we can't. It wont allow us to choose a location to order thru & it wont allow us to review our rewards. And yes, I've cleared the cache. Yes, I've uninstalled & reinstalled everything. Yes, I've updated the app. Yes, I've updated my phone's software. Still nothing!!
