The rewards would be great if they ever worked. They never do, though. Also if you try to pay through the app it doesn't verify your payment on-the-spot, instead you get an email saying your payment was rejected. If you don't check your email before showing up then you don't know that you don't have take-out waiting for you. However, if you select pay-in-restaurant and don't expect to ever redeem any rewards then it's an okay app. It works to order food.
You have to be really careful with this app or you will get charged much more than you want. The app really needs to be redesigned. When selecting your meat it instantly jumps to the additional meat for $2.00 making you think that you didn't select any. Before you know it, you have added on $12 extra on your meal. Please change this to a selection either on check out or at the bottom as just a simple extra meat selection and not as all meats.
When you write special instructions that are 16 characters in length for an order, you can't simply reorder the items again. Your app will give me an error and won't allow me to reorder the same food items because the previous order had special instructions that utilized 16 characters. I reorder the same foods a lot and I have to write out the special instructions or the individuals preparing the food will forget certain items like cucumbers or olives. The special instructions serve as a great reminder. Please fix this error message.
Really, you are going to make me click 484 times in order to enter my birthday? Please fix your bad UI and allow users to simply enter their birth date instead of using that obnoxious date picker widget.
Like somebody else said the food is this company's only saving grace. Additionally it would be nice to get a non generic message back from the company. All the messages they send back to people are all the same. Very poor company management in my opinion. Don't be like McDonald's and every other restaurant. You guys used to be unique. But it is your business do what you want.
The app is set up well and is easy to use. However, using the app adds a $2.00 fee to any order for no apparent reason. I put the exact same order into their website and it was $2.00 less than on the app, not cool Noodles & Co, not cool.
