Says one offer per purchase. Went back a second time that day and still wouldn't let me use my other reward. Then it expired. Trash
I get notifications and emails about rewards but they don't populate when I go into the app and open Rewards & News. Lame. I was really looking forward to that free entree 😭 EDIT: Nevermind! I updated the app and the reward showed up. However, I still feel like there should be a rewards counter or meter on the home page to show when I'm getting close to my next reward based on dollars spent or whatever. Very surprised there isn't a way to track how I'm earning rewards.
You can't enter a birthday. You need to select it from the calendar by scrolling back one month at a time. This is okay if you less than two years old. Please fix
App is very confusing to use. You make a choice from the main screen and it takes you to other screens to rechoose what you already chose. I told me I had a reward but then gave me an error when I tried to use it. The ordering process within the app needs to be completely overhauled.
The app isn't easy to use, the two times I've used it the restaurant missed the soup I ordered. The app takes my money but they don't know how to credit me when they short my order. Now I have to go back another day to get credited... Real time saver
How come there is not a way to see how many points you have? Why is there not a way to see what you get with points earned? I have been here multiple times probably spend 20 dollars on average and the first reward I get is just a free drink and its only valid for like 2 weeks that is a lame other places if you spend x amount you get x amount off your next purchase and the point and amount off never expire. Why can't this be fix?
