over the passed few weeks, my partner and i slowly noticed noodles taking away all customization and changing menu items. the quality of their food has significantly decreased in doing so. when we don't feel like cooking, we always debate noodles. it's been a reliable staple for years. you can't customize anything anymore. they're also getting real stingy with their rewards/points system. if you want to add a free customization like italian seasoning, there's not even even room in the comments.

Overall seems designed to intentionally obscure the price of the item: Doesn't show the price of an item next to the item in the menu. Rewards deals have misleading language, saying things like "free entree", but the entree's costs are calculated in such a way that only half of it is free, and every topping & protein-containing ingredient is considered separately. Also overall very inconvenient process to select or compare which discounts to apply.

App not working. Have uninstalled and re-installed. Have changed password. When I try to login, there's a pop-up that just says "okay" and nothing happens. When I try to order through website, the coupon for BOGO $5 isn't working either, and it only takes off $2.45 for 2 regular-sized entrees that have not been customized. Very frustrating as I live over an hour away from closest location and try to order ahead so I can just pick up food on my way to work.
