Im sincerely satisfied with Umobile postpaid plan that Im subscrbing at the moment.. The data, the privilege and the couvarage are incredibly, gradually improving.. Just a pitch to a perfection, I've noticed, your "Thursday Terrer" Promotion is always not enough for me. Even as early as 8-9 am, it always says, "It's fully redeemed". Im wondering when would be the best time to claim the rewards because at 7.58 am, it's still not available, and minutes later like 8.00 am. it's fully redeemed. Do you actually mean what you offer or it's just a puff of the air? Thanks... Your loyal costumer
The new version is not user friendly at all. It's so complicated to view my remaining data and the it does not show how many days my plan ends for this month. Personally I would prefer the older version layout which is more simple and user friendly. Please Umobile, we know you made the effort to improve the service but please make it more user friendly and less complicated. Thanks
Hello! Quite taking time to immune with the new update but it's good though. I've been deep in love with umobile since last year. I must say that almost all services are fine and am 96% satisfied. I used to have P70 as my plan and just changed to P78, everything went quite well until the hotspot reached 100%. I used hotspot in my laptop for such movies, Utubing and surfing stuffs, well I don't think 10GB is enough. Please upgrade hotspot data up to 20GB or better with unlimited too. It's quite no use to have unlimited data but limited hotspot. Please consider this for 5 star and your customer's satisfaction as well. :))
I don't mind the apps is keep updating but the lastest updated version is so unfriendly. It's so complicated to use. If i will have to choose, i would prefer the old version. Simple and nice. Why the hell you want to make things to become complicated. It is really really ugly and i have difficulty to check for my plan details. I hate this app so much now
Every time i want to check my balanced data usage. For sure, it will ask me to update the app. What the..... Just maintain the old versions. It doesn't need a very high technology just to check the balanced. I just wanna check the balanced data usage only. Thank you Umobile for making my life become more complicated.
Stupid apps I have 3 numbers with u mobile, each number have their individual log in even the main line, it is so so so inconvenience. Somemore lastest update is not friendly user at all. Please… Apps is to create convenience for your customer and save your customer time.
