Balance not accurate. I needed to top up for the next month. My balance was 3.20 and I needed 35. So I topped up 32. This should have given me 35.20 and I would be able to pay the next month's worth of service. However the balance is now 33.49. Where did the 1.71 go? No one knows. The store is unable to help. You have to add at least 5 so I will now waste another 3 since the balance is not accurate. The app was useless for getting help. Avoid UMobile.

Well the first seven months I'm using this internet is ok but it's getting worse by time. The fact that i just bought new plan but the internet speed is too slow like hell even though i live at the city. I go check the internet connection at my location and it's say that nothing issues but why the hell my internet very slow. I'm now thinking to stop buying the internet from here. Very not recommend you guys to buy the internet at here. It's suck

I only give three stars cause. 1. Face Recognition problem when i try to register to new Plan Prepaid you know the No.1 5G Now. 2. I already try everything on face recognition said and still doesn't work and for your information it is latest version of U Mobile App. 3. Everytime it fail to recognition faces it's always said Error 22 or 2...something and want me to take face recognition again. Would you please help I'm tired of this, i think i might need some doctor therapy.
