I have been with chime for YEARS now. Not sure what happened with this latest update but for the last 2 weeks (following changes with the design on the app main screen) the app is not always working properly. When u press on something it does not respond, almost as if it's frozen. I find myself having to force stop the app and reboot. For tge first time today, not even that worked. The screen is still frozen. This is extremely problematic as u can imagine (checking balance, turning card on/off,

I've been with chime for years and only started using it more this year and it's horrid. I deposited a mobile check and so far it's been 7 days since they accepted it and I still do not have access to my money! I called the check issuer and it CLEARED in their bank but yet, not in mine! Customer service is a joke. They suck with sending notifications about deposits and purchases. Always delayed. Absolutely closing my account as soon as my check clears. I recommend cashapp or venmo.
