Stay away! Prepay/plate scan didn't work, had to pay the garage manually, Customer service is exceptionally bad and refuse to refund the prepaid amount (so I paid double to park) . The 6 euro they defrauded me of must really be floating them since they've spent more time making up silly hurdles to try to get a refund. Seems super scammy, and somewhat fraudulent, and they collect you card info so who knows what to expect next- steer clear

The interface is so unintuitive it takes like 10 minutes to find the map and proceed to the payment. First you need to select "On street" from the bottom menu, then "Pay on street" from the item list. This is redundant, the bottom menu is hard to spot and the item list is there to catch your eye. "Pay on street" should be on the first list, not hidden behind a secondary menu.

I need to update my payment method, yet the app will not let me sign in saying log in failed, tried updating the app, uninstalling tried forgotten password then it just says there is an error try later. not impressed
