When I search for an Indigo Neo car park: "Aeroport Bordeaux Merignac" for one week in May, the app says: nothing found! As I type, the app suggests aeroports de Paris. Really weird. Is it perhaps the huge "YesPark" right next to the airport, as indicated by Google maps??

This is borderline racketering. The app is bad for starter: you can't extend an ongoing session, you can't use Google Pay (to skip the app store fee?), it doesn't save your bank details (probably better that way honestly). Obviously the parking wasn't really clean or feeling safe. It didn't have a gate at the exit, so I had to use a form to ask them to close my session everytime. The worst: Overall experience quality is very low and price is outrageously high as other users reported.

Indigo Neo app and the service makes me confident to visit Paris. I feel confident to leave my car in Indigo Neo. The auto billing also convenient. Perhaps somehow you can clean it so it doesn't smell 😊.
