The app is simple, and easy to use. I give 4 stars for the user friendly interface and for the customer service. I tried to use the app for charging a plugin car, it did not work, but generated a huge bill. Thanks to support team I have managed to cancel the wrong invoice.

I’m really disappointed with this app. I scanned the QR code displayed at the parking spot to download the app, registered, and went through the whole setup process—only to find out that the very parking location where I scanned the code isn’t even available in the app. Completely frustrating and a waste of time. If you promote your service at a location, at least make sure it's actually supported. Not a great first impression.

I still don't know how to link my badge to my plate number. the gate doesn't open automatically. I'm unable to put the code provided in the app for my car. the qr code isn't scanned. so i need to press the bell to have the support team open the gate for me every time i go out
