Login is useless if the company doesn't properly maintain your information on the app. From the first month of service my account page had no information besides my ID. Called customer service to get access to my account because the same problem with the website. The app is is useless for me because they customer service and care is non existent. The text you to expect a service phone call that never comes. Set up payments through your bank. They are more reliable in account portal access.

can't make changes to router, just loads website with same error that equipment can't be reached. Edit. I talked with app support and they were able to fix my access issues very quickly! When I had called support, they told me to just wait and it would just start working. I've updated my review as now the app is useful for making changes to my wifi. Hopefully more options become available, it's still frustrating that we cannot make more changes, like bridge mode.

We have had several outages this year already (and have one just now). To view the outage map in the app, I have to log in first, then click on the outage map. But instead of showing the map in the app, it opens a web browser where I have to log in again just to find out "Your service status is not available at this time. Please try again later." Please fix your service. The amount of outages are getting out of hand.
