If you need to see your bill or chat with support, that's all this app is good for. I have never been able to use this app to set up my internet. I always have to call in and only then are they able to get my internet to "work." Weird that nobody comes out, yet my internet can be fixed over the phone, but I can't set it up properly. I've had internet with a few companies and have NEVER run into that issue until Optimum. Strange if you ask me.

The app works fine for what it is. The service is terrible. It was fine for the first year I had it, with an outage maybe once a month. For the last 2 months, at least one day per week I have an outage for an entire day, and customer service makes an appointment for a technician a week out that doesn't fix anything.

Worst company ever!!! I switched from Spectrum to Optimum, bc Optimum was offering internet for $50 plus HBO Max for a year and 5 year price lock. I thought it was a great deal until I noticed they were drafting my account a 3rd time a month. The promotion also included 3 months free via bill credits. I canceled today, even though they hold you hostage for over an hour to complete the process, and switched back to Spectrum for the same amount, due to they are offering internet for $50 too.
