After switching to android from an iPhone, I needed to get the app to manage my WiFi network. Unfortunately for some reason I can't access the modem settings from the app on my Samsung S24 Ultra. The button is simply NOT THERE. After bringing it up here in a Google play review, they responded, telling me to contact their app support email. it's been 2 months, and no response. The android app is either broken, or they just don't let you manage your network on an android device? What gives!

they are to expensive for one thing, I am terminating my account at the end of the year, can't afford it anymore..Besides the service was great at first, had no problems at all, then after a few months the price jacked up and the wi-fi buffers alot, didn't use to do that. I am going to try and find someone else that won't want half of what I live on. they were really good at first, till they started raising their monthly fee, I am a senior and can't afford over 60 dollars a month.

The only thing the apps good for is paying bill! my internet has been out for 2 days! You can't report an outage! customer service, the website,and the app will just tell you there's no outages in the area when there is! the only option they give is to reset the gateway,and when that doesn't work they want to schedule an expensive service call to investigate the issue! my service has gone out over 300 times in the last 3 years.optimum is the most expensive,unreliable internet provider I've had.
