Update: working in most aspects! However it is still bugging out on wait-lists and cancellations. Currently it seems if I get taken off a wait-list instead of turning orange like the classes I'm in, it says wait-list "null" and stays blue (I just check Mindbody to see if I'm off and scheduled). Cancellations, regardless of when I cancel are showing errors, so currently using a third party app to rectify/schedule. I think once all is smooth it'll be a great update!

Great fundamentals hampered by anti-consumer practices mean I won't be back. Good: Great workouts, coaches, staff and facilities. Bad: 30 days notice to cancel subscription with 2 separate forms. Should be 1-click immediate cancellation at any time from the app. Can't use any extra classes you bought after the subscription period ends. App is buggy and gives opaque error messages.

I love going to the Orange Theory sessions, but this app is a hot mess. The user interface for booking a session is weird. We have all used standard date pickers in apps for decades by now, but for some reason these guys decided to invent a non-standard date picker that scrolls past the day you want. Also, right now I'm trying to book a session for next week but the app keeps telling me that "an error occurred because of a dependent service". Frustrating!
