SEE BELOW UPDATE RATE- Because of the update, i cannot check my balance, because everytime I sign in, terms and conditions appear and there's no accept button. When i close it it gets back to sign in again. Now I can't check my balance. Did you really made an update or an outdate? UPDATE- Today June 26,2024 The app upgraded to a better version. I can now sign in and check my balance without any hassle. Also real time updating of balance is very fast. Because of these, I give 5 stars. Thank you!

This is a useless application. When reloading using this app they are charging you with Php10 or Php1.25 per Php100 reload. While using online banking or ewallet its totally free. Your system also very slow to recognize or to scan the sticker in all barriers or exit points. What a useless system. You are getting more money but you cannot improve youre system.

Overall useless app. No SOA feature. Unsure if the transaction history is accurate. More detailed info can be added. Help section is subpar, without a way to view your submitted tickets and their status. It can be buggy as well, sometimes not showing any option/s when you tap the concern selection. Crashing a lot. Then, you have to log in every time. The carousel ads are obnoxious. Poorly designed app. Probably lowballed the developers.
