I have a Plus plan. About a month ago, Ozan stopped processing all payments on my Ozan SuperCard. Now I am unable even to change the PIN. Can't withdraw my money or make any payment. I can't change my phone number either; the SMS messages don't arrive. All in all, it looks like a rip-off. Update regarding the developer's response: I DID try to contact support via the suggested email, but support never wrote back.

They deleted all my cards, blocked my account as if "for verification", and blocked all transactions. I have provided everything they require several times, but the account is still on hold and support is not responding. Looks like a scam. I don't recommend anyone to deal with them. You risk being left without money. Update: nobody answered my email.

Please help to restore My super plan or withdraw my money. I have written several mails to support with documents. No any answers several weeks. I have re-sent mail with title: (Vic Mikhailau Android app review) Verification issue No respond 3 months from support. Money just disappeared from account like 'Inactivity Fee'.
