Ratings and reviews

I filled a form to verify an account, provided all required data. The app says, that the answer will appear 'very shortly', but there's no sign for several weeks. I've sent an email to the support, but received no answer in a week. I think it's a disrespect, app is useless. UPD: As you can see, the team promised to check everything and get back to me soon. This never happened, although a week more has passed.

They deleted all my cards, blocked my account as if "for verification", and blocked all transactions. I have provided everything they require several times, but the account is still on hold and support is not responding. Looks like a scam. I don't recommend anyone to deal with them. You risk being left without money. Update: nobody answered my email.

I bought the card, and installed the app, I've done the verification process but after two days still nothing happened. I'm a travel blogger, who is trying to find the best payment card for those who are traveling to Turkey, and write about it. Also the support team didn't reply me.
