Support doesn't answer at all. I've been waiting for 2 weeks but nothing. Very disappointing experience. Upd: I've sent you emails 3 times. Nothing!!! You collect sensitive personal data, then don't reply at all and finally change registration conditions as I see (but you've already got personal data of users). I think Google should check your service and app better, cause it doesn't look reliable at all!

I bought the card, and installed the app, I've done the verification process but after two days still nothing happened. I'm a travel blogger, who is trying to find the best payment card for those who are traveling to Turkey, and write about it. Also the support team didn't reply me.

I filled a form to verify an account, provided all required data. The app says, that the answer will appear 'very shortly', but there's no sign for several weeks. I've sent an email to the support, but received no answer in a week. I think it's a disrespect, app is useless.
