all tansactions have fee. declined or not succesful transactions will be charged. Even though the transaction failed at their end. this bank really sucks. Not available on some online payment and find it hard to transfer moneybon ather banks. Also bank transfer was charged of more than a pound. When ypur salary get deposited in your account it automatically deducted by 1.50£. Ihate this bank, useless and not convenient to use. I dont recommend this bank.

That Google user bangs on abit don’t they? After all that typing they also made afew mistakes and common sense must be lacking if you can’t use a digital Calendar correctly! The app is really not that bad and is catching up with better user friendly features.
