After recent update, you can no longer 'reorder' from past orders, you have to start a brand new order. Upon checkout, I get an offer (which gives you 10 seconds to opt-in) for a discounted pastry, once clicked, it then says 'offer couldn't be added at this time. It's been like this for weeks!! Fix the app! Also, employees at the store are constantly complaining that the app is down.

The app is incredibly frustrating. You will accumulate an order, and then the app will change the order to something you have previously ordered. I recently ordered a bagel pack customized, and after checking the order three times it reverted to a previous order. It has done this multiple times and the employees at the store blame me for the mistake. It's unfortunate and frustrating.

Make Name Acceptable Go
Can't see rewards on app. Now can't sign in. Old: Raising to 3*. It's moved from clunky to ok. Bit pushy on specials etc. Old 2* review: Too many permissions... Too many updates. Otherwise it's ok, not great. Too often the app is basically a non signed in version of the website. Re Latest food changes: Things we tend to get have changed (when they decided to go to two small sandwiches rather than one sliced in half) flavor wise for the worse.
