08/29/24 - The new customization page in the app is AWFUL! Who decided the "selected items" at the top of the page should be fixed & take up THREE-QUARTERS of the screen? The actual interactive portion is now barely enough to use your finger to scroll, with entirely too small with itty bitty tiny pictures. The previous version was ideal, worked well, and was user friendly. Fire whatever UX person created this.

After recent update, you can no longer 'reorder' from past orders, you have to start a brand new order. Upon checkout, I get an offer (which gives you 10 seconds to opt-in) for a discounted pastry, once clicked, it then says 'offer couldn't be added at this time. It's been like this for weeks!! Fix the app! Also, employees at the store are constantly complaining that the app is down.

Make Name Acceptable Go
Can't see rewards on app. Now can't sign in. Old: Raising to 3*. It's moved from clunky to ok. Bit pushy on specials etc. Old 2* review: Too many permissions... Too many updates. Otherwise it's ok, not great. Too often the app is basically a non signed in version of the website. Re Latest food changes: Things we tend to get have changed (when they decided to go to two small sandwiches rather than one sliced in half) flavor wise for the worse.
