Terrible UI and you only get a notification when your parking already expired. The best part is that it doesn't let you start a new session for 30 minutes, with zero alert that this is the reason. The payment screen just refreshes in a loop. I only found out about this limitation by contacting support. So I had to sit in fear that I'd get a ticket for 30 minutes until the app let me start a new session. Absolutely awful experience with this app. Set your own timer if you might need to extend.

This is the most frustrating and seemingly purposely fraudulent experience from the city to try to give you a ticket. I parked there for an amtrak weekend getaway and could only pay for 24 hours. Which means I supposedly had to log on during my getaway at 6am to add time because no matter how hard I tried to add time or even just pay for another parking allotment it will not allow me to. It feels like an attempt from the city to fraudulently give me a ticket for not paying for parking.

Tried to use this app in. Salem, MA zone 264 and I clicked on Salem MA after entering the number and an error comes up "you have reached the end of the list". I can't even put in the meter number. Terrible app. I've been trying to pay for my parking. I've deleted my account, deleted the app, reinstalled the app and get the same error. It's terrible. How can cities use apps that are unreliable.
