Simple app, no frills, does what you need it to (pay for parking) pretty efficiently. The "convenience fee" is unfair since the app is an alternative to parking meters that must be maintained so should be part of the parking fee, not an extra one. It could also be improved with better reminder options and basic settings like to turn off the incessant vibration after paying, but there's no option to shut that off without losing other notifications.

Terrible. unusable. I have 3 credit cards, and I got through the process to try to pay and it won't accept any of them, so I know it's not me, the app doesn't work. if they just allowed google pay it would have been quick and easy. or if credit card entry worked it would be tolerable. useless. wish I could give it zero. if I get a ticket, I'll fight it.

I like the concept and convenience of the app, but it seems parking zones are allowed their own rules on when and for how long you can park. That's understandable, but the app doesn't inform you of this until you're already committed. For example, I wasn't allowed to add to my time and couldn't renew it once time expired (not everyone knows how long a stay will be), but there was no way to know this until after I already paid my initial session, resulting in a run to put coins into the physical meter anyway.
